Put this coffee through the wringer, espresso, cappuccino, Americano. It did not disappoint, quite the opposite, it was extremely pleasant and balanced in all three forms, which is difficult to find. Low acidity, lightly fruity, very enjoyable! Recommend and will keep buying it.
I cannot stop raving about TiA’s espresso blend! I’ve tried many different espressos from around the world that claim to be authentic, but all have left a bitter, sour taste in my mouth. That is not the case with TiA. Their blend is just like an authentic flavorful Italian espresso. It is perfect!

Thank you so much for your coffee. I enjoyed cappuccino and Sultan blend. Cappuccino is very good for the time when you are tired or sleepy. You drink it and you are strong and energetic for the whole day! Amazing! The Turkish coffee is soft and tender. You can enjoy it any time of a day. If you like coffee I strongly recommend you to try more kinds of coffee than I mentioned. You will open the whole world of pleasure! Enjoy!
This is really good coffee. I have tried other brands that claim to be low acid, no bitterness, but just not what they claim. This is the real deal. I have tried both the espresso & cappuccino, both excellent & no bitterness at all! Just reordered, I’m spoiled for life.

I'm a beginner at making espresso. I picked up Maestro from Tia Coffee and pulled an exceptional shot. The crema was thick and golden, and the taste was smooth, rich, and balanced with no bitterness. For a newcomer like me to get results this good, it really speaks to the quality of the beans. Highly recommend.

Hello! We briefly met at the Coffee & Chocolate expo a couple of weeks ago. We purchased a bag of your “The Cappucino” roast whole bean. When we visited your table, I made mention that you were the first and only table all day long that we came across that didn’t look at us like we had 3 heads when asked about roast dates. Not only that, but your bags had the date on them and were roasted within a few days of the event!! That was great news and a deciding factor in trying your coffee. Obviously, the jury was still out until we got home and were able to try them. We set our burr mill grinder and changed out our restricted pass through espresso filter (designed for older, degasssed beans) for the non restricted filter …. and how delicious!!! Tia Coffee have great coffee and exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to make sure we could experience their products. We tried four different coffee types: Maestro, Capuccino blend, Espresso and Espresso #4. We especially liked the Capuccino blend which was very good in a capuccino but also excellent as an espresso shot. The espresso #4 was also great as a capuccino/latte.

Since I moved from Brazil, I have struggled to find a good coffee. I am so happy that I finally found what I have been looking for. Not only do they have one type of coffee, but they also have different types for different tastes. My favorite is “The Espresso”. This is not your average Joe – it is a refined experience, perfect for coffee enthusiasts or anyone just looking for that perfect sip of coffee.

I had tried a lb last year and coulnt believe how good it was. So fresh. Then I realized it was roasted right here in Honeoye falls. I stopped over and the gentleman there made me a cup of cappuccino while he showed me the plant. I’ve tried both the cappuccino and the the maestro blend - excellent and because it’s so fresh the taste is not bitter and the oils from the beans that come out in the coffee make it a rich cup of coffee . Just like coffee in Italy !

I initially visited TIA Coffee under the impression that it was a café, hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee and purchase some beans to take home. Upon arrival, I quickly discovered that it is actually a coffee roasting facility rather than a café. After ringing the bell, I was welcomed by a gentleman who kindly invited me in and offered a brief tour of the operation. The roasting machine was impressively large, and the walls were lined with shelves stacked with bags of raw coffee beans, presumably sourced from around the world. Plus the aroma in that place was absolutely captivating. He took the time to explain the various blends available, helping me make my decision. I ultimately purchased two bags—the Maestro Blend and the Espresso Blend. Both were packaged on the spot into their beautifully designed bags. This coffee is exceptional—remarkably fresh and full of flavor. An excellent experience overall.

Had my first cup at work today on break when they came in and did a taste test at FoodTowne of N.Chili. Wonderful blend of coffee very smooth tasting. No bitterness, and the aroma was awesome. I would definitely buy more where we will be carrying it in the store.

Bought my first bag of espresso beans at Leo's. Excellent, great flavor, one of the best beans I have ever used.
I bought the espresso blend (whole beans) and used it in my Miele machine. This is truly an authentic experience. The aroma in this coffee was truly amazing and very balanced and the crema felt like I was drinking a ristretto in Roma. I will continue to buy Tia as it is my favorite coffee by far!
I'm always in search of the"perfect" coffee for my French press and finally I think I have found it. I picked up a bag of the filter blend beans at TiA coffee at its Honeoye Falls roastery. I met one of the owners and enjoyed a brief chat about the roasting process and even got to see a bit of the operation. I asked for a bag of coarsely ground beans and took it home to try it out. Upon opening the bag, I could smell the freshness of the beans and the wonderful aroma of the roasting. The coffee out of my French Press was nothing short of perfection... delicious coffee taste without any bitterness nor burn. I will be getting my beans at TiA coffee from now on. You should try it too!

It is very good blend, soft and easy to drink without losing the flavor. The smell is very pleasant. I really enjoy to drink the espresso kind of this brand, kuddos from a Colombian!

Shipping was fast ~ coffee is the freshest we’ve had ~ we ordered whole beans for grinding ~ the flavors and low acidity had us sold ~ our fav is The Maestro Blend and The Espresso Blend. The others were all excellent as well. We enjoy espresso every morning (and sometimes more 🤣) and this is such a treat. I’m proud to support local coffee, especially when it’s this fresh and flavorful. The packaging is a beautiful touch. Free delivery was a bonus!

Fresh and perfectly roasted to a wonderful flavor. I purchased The Espresso and The Decaf both whole bean as we love to grind them ourselves. Of special note is the fact that the decaf beans have been processed utilizing the Swiss Water decaffeination process...no chemical solvents used! I discovered this method of decaffeination a couple years ago and prior to that would not buy decaffeinated coffee. Nice to have local place to purchase this from!!

Just finished my second cup of TiA Coffee and I can certainly attest that the beans are absolutely primo. I was lucky enough to have the owner hand deliver my bag of freshly roasted Papau New Guinean single origin dark roast. While I do tend to favor lighter roasts, this brew opened up beautifully in my v60 pour over with decadent berry and peanut notes as well as a hint of citrus. I am very satisfied with the quality of the coffee and will certainly be buying beans from TiA in the future! I am so glad I can now buy from a local company!

Simply the best coffee we’ve ever had. My husband loves the espresso. I only drink decaf and have had such a hard time finding decaf coffee that’s flavorful. Well, not anymore! What I love about Tia is that it doesn’t have that acidic flavor that other coffees often have. We absolutely love this coffee, the flavor is smooth and fresh… we also love that it’s ethically sourced. and the owners and staff are such great people.
This weekend we bought a bag of whole bean coffee from TiA coffee in Honeoye Falls. We typically purchase our beans from out of state, but wanted to give a new, local place a try. We ordered online (espresso blend) and chose curb pickup. We heard back quickly that our order was ready. The owner was very nice and pickup was easy! We went right home and made an espresso. The taste was amazing and surpassed our expectations. We are happy to have found a great, local roaster. We will definitely be buying from them again soon!
