As a periodontal surgeon, Dr. Thomas Zahavi sought to blend his love for science and precision with the lifelong passion for espresso he developed growing up on the Mediterranean. Driven by the desire to bring the unparalleled coffee flavor and quality back to his home in New York, Dr. Zahavi partnered together with a longtime friend with over 25 years of experience in European coffee roasting techniques. This journey and collaboration birthed TiA Coffee, a brand built on sharing the love for exceptional coffee. Motivated by the belief that coffee can be a catalyst for positive change, we set out not just to craft outstanding blends but to inspire a culture of coffee appreciation. Every sip supports a cause – a portion of our proceeds directly contributes to uplifting the communities that nurture our beans.
