Put this coffee through the wringer, espresso, cappuccino, Americano. It did not disappoint, quite the opposite, it was extremely pleasant and balanced in all three forms, which is difficult to find. Low acidity, lightly fruity, very enjoyable! Recommend and will keep buying it.

You drink it and you are strong and energetic for the whole day! Amazing! The Turkish coffee is soft and tender. You can enjoy it any time of a day. I cannot stop raving about TiA’s espresso blend! I’ve tried many different espressos from around the world that claim to be authentic, but all have left a bitter, sour taste in my mouth. That is not the case with TiA. Their blend is just like an authentic flavorful Italian espresso. It is perfect!
This is really good coffee. I have tried other brands that claim to be low acid, no bitterness, but just not what they claim. This is the real deal. I have tried both the espresso & cappuccino, both excellent & no bitterness at all! Just reordered, I’m spoiled for life.

I'm a beginner at making espresso. I picked up Maestro from Tia Coffee and pulled an exceptional shot. The crema was thick and golden, and the taste was smooth, rich, and balanced with no bitterness. For a newcomer like me to get results this good, it really speaks to the quality of the beans. Highly recommend.

Hello! We briefly met at the Coffee & Chocolate expo a couple of weeks ago. We purchased a bag of your “The Cappucino” roast whole bean. When we visited your table, I made mention that you were the first and only table all day long that we came across that didn’t look at us like we had 3 heads when asked about roast dates. Not only that, but your bags had the date on them and were roasted within a few days of the event!! That was great news and a deciding factor in trying your coffee. Obviously, the jury was still out until we got home and were able to try them. We set our burr mill grinder and changed out our restricted pass through espresso filter (designed for older, degasssed beans) for the non restricted filter …. and how delicious!!! Tia Coffee have great coffee and exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to make sure we could experience their products. We tried four different coffee types: Maestro, Capuccino blend, Espresso and Espresso #4. We especially liked the Capuccino blend which was very good in a capuccino but also excellent as an espresso shot. The espresso #4 was also great as a capuccino/latte.

Since I moved from Brazil, I have struggled to find a good coffee. I am so happy that I finally found what I have been looking for. Not only do they have one type of coffee, but they also have different types for different tastes. My favorite is “The Espresso”. This is not your average Joe – it is a refined experience, perfect for coffee enthusiasts or anyone just looking for that perfect sip of coffee.

I had tried a lb last year and coulnt believe how good it was. So fresh. Then I realized it was roasted right here in Honeoye falls. I stopped over and the gentleman there made me a cup of cappuccino while he showed me the plant. I’ve tried both the cappuccino and the the maestro blend - excellent and because it’s so fresh the taste is not bitter and the oils from the beans that come out in the coffee make it a rich cup of coffee . Just like coffee in Italy !

I initially visited TIA Coffee under the impression that it was a café, hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee and purchase some beans to take home. Upon arrival, I quickly discovered that it is actually a coffee roasting facility rather than a café. After ringing the bell, I was welcomed by a gentleman who kindly invited me in and offered a brief tour of the operation. The roasting machine was impressively large, and the walls were lined with shelves stacked with bags of raw coffee beans, presumably sourced from around the world. Plus the aroma in that place was absolutely captivating. He took the time to explain the various blends available, helping me make my decision. I ultimately purchased two bags—the Maestro Blend and the Espresso Blend. Both were packaged on the spot into their beautifully designed bags. This coffee is exceptional—remarkably fresh and full of flavor. An excellent experience overall.
