What does pricing look like?
Whole-bean pricing starts at $10.50 per pound for our core selections. This pricing excludes packaging materials, labor, and freight. Your final per-pound rate depends on the blend chosen. We provide a written quote once we understand your blend, format, volume, and fulfillment needs.
What packaging do you offer, and what sizes can you fill?
We support both stock-label bags (black or white) and fully custom-printed bags. Bag fills range from a minimum of 12 oz up to 5 lbs. We can sometimes fill 8 oz bags, depending on the bag’s opening size. Clients supply their own branded bags, and we have a preferred network of packaging manufacturers we’ll introduce you to at no charge. For brands launching with premium specialty packaging, we can also connect you with aluminum tin manufacturers from our trusted partner network. We’ve done it before.
How long does production take?
Lead times depend on order volume and current roastery capacity. We give you a precise timeline at order submission and plan together, so your inventory arrives when you need it.
Are samples available?
Yes. Complimentary, and we usually cover the shipping. Samples are dispatched once we’ve aligned on your program scope and initial pricing, so what you taste reflects what you’ll actually launch.
Do you print bags, or do I supply them?
Clients supply their own branded bags. We’ll connect you to our trusted packaging suppliers for stock-label bags or fully custom-printed bags, with no introduction fee. If you don’t have a designer, our partner designer is available for hire to create bag artwork and labels that match your brand.
What artwork do you need from me?
Print-ready artwork, supplied by you or your designer. We’ll share the technical specifications (dimensions, bleed, color profile) as soon as we confirm your bag format.
Do you offer drop-shipping or direct-to-consumer fulfillment?
Yes. We fulfill direct-to-consumer orders for online brands. You provide a pre-paid shipping label and a digital packing slip for each order. A per-order handling fee applies. Shopify and other platform integrations are handled through your shipping documentation.
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
Yes. We ship across the U.S., to Canada, and internationally. Freight, duties, and any international shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
What grinds can you produce?
Whole bean, plus precision-ground from coarse (cold brew) all the way to ultra-fine Turkish grind. A small per-pound surcharge applies for ground coffee.
Do you offer Arabica and Robusta?
Both. Most of our blends are 100% Arabica. Robusta blends are available when your brand calls for a heavier body, higher caffeine and a more intense crema.
Which origins do you source?
Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sumatra, Papua New Guinea, and additional origins on request, subject to seasonal availability.
Do you offer cold brew?
We sell whole-bean and coarsely ground coffee built for cold brew preparation. We do not produce finished bottled cold brew or liquid concentrates.
What do you NOT offer?
To be transparent about our scope, there are a few formats we don’t make in-house: flavored coffee, K-Cups or single-serve pods, instant coffee, and vacuum-sealed brick packaging. If those formats are central to your brand, we’re probably not the right fit and we’d rather say so up front.
What does the process to get started look like?
