A coffee bean co-manufacturer handles roasting, blending, grinding, packaging, and fulfillment for brands that want to scale without building their own roasting facility. That can take the shape of a white label, private label, or wholesale program.
What's the difference between private label, white label, and wholesale?
Private label is a custom blend exclusive to your brand. White label is a proven, pre-developed blend you sell under your own name. Wholesale is buying our freshly roasted TiA blends in volume to serve or resell.
Can I create a custom roast profile for my coffee?
Yes. We develop the blend with you at no charge: you taste, we adjust, we lock in the recipe. 100 lb minimum per production batch once approved.
How much can you produce, and how fast?
Our facility roasts up to 3,000 lbs a day. Lead times depend on order volume and current roastery capacity; we give you a precise timeline at order submission and plan together so your inventory arrives when you need it.
Do you handle fulfillment?
Yes. Bulk fulfillment for wholesale and retail, plus direct-to-consumer drop-shipping for online brands. You provide a pre-paid shipping label and digital packing slip per order; a per-order handling fee applies.
What do you NOT manufacture?
To be transparent about our scope: we don't produce flavored coffee, K-Cups or single-serve pods, instant coffee, bottled cold brew or liquid concentrates, or vacuum-sealed brick packaging. If those formats are central to your brand, we're probably not the right fit and we'd rather say so up front.
Whether you're launching a new coffee line or scaling one that's outgrown its current roaster, TiA Coffee has the capacity, the craft, and the consistency to grow with you. Fill in the contact form and you'll hear back from the people who actually roast the coffee.
