Our Beans

Sourced Carefully. Roasted Slowly. Blended for How You Brew.

Every blend starts at the farm. We buy from a small set of trusted suppliers and named growing regions: Sidamo in Ethiopia, Huila in Colombia, Sul de Minas in Brazil, Huehuetenango in Guatemala, Tarrazú in Costa Rica, Sumatra, Kenya, and Southern India for our Robusta.

Bringing 25+ years of coffee roasting experience

Thomas’s Story: A Partnership Built on Passion.
Coffee has been my passion for as long as I can remember, especially the smooth, rich European coffee I came to love through my travels. Brew-Method-First Approach

We start with how you brew, then choose the beans.

An espresso needs body, sweetness that survives nine bars of pressure, and enough Robusta to build a thick crema. A filter cup needs the opposite: clarity, aroma, and room for the fruit to be heard. The same beans cannot do both. So we build each blend backwards from the brewing method, then roast it the same way every time. That is why our coffee is organized by how you brew.
