A washed Arabica from the birthplace of coffee itself, and at our medium roast, it shows a side of Yirgacheffe most people never meet. Cocoa and toasted pecan lead the cup, sweet and rounded, with the aromatic sweetness this origin is famous for glowing underneath and a clean finish. Brewed cold, it comes out sweet and chocolatey rather than bright, smooth body, very low acidity, and a pecan sweetness that holds up black or over ice with milk. The coffee we reach for when we want cold brew with depth.
