From Tarrazu, the most celebrated growing region in Costa Rica, where members of the CoopeTarrazu cooperative grow Caturra and Catuai between 1,100 and 1,800 meters. The washed cup is sweet and very smooth, black tea character, a soft floral note, and a delicate citrus edge that stays clean all the way through. It's also the backbone of our cold brew: the acidity settles into sweetness over a long, cold extraction, leaving a clean, tea-like cup that holds its body well black, over ice, or with a splash of milk.
