Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are roasted on the first business day after they are placed. Expedited shipping is available and typically takes 1-3 business days.

If we anticipate any delays, you’ll be the first to know (well, technically, the second after us)! We’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $50! For orders under $50, shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.

Please note that we currently only ship to the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
For shipments to P.O. Boxes or military addresses, your order will be sent via USPS. Please make sure to select the appropriate option on the order form to indicate that your address is a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number within 1-2 days after placing your order. If you haven’t received the email after a few days, be sure to check your spam folder first! If it’s still missing, please fill out our Contact Form or email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
TiA Coffee is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our team at [email protected] to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged good until the claim is processed.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer shipping outside of Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii) .
